You can pay for your purchase immediately and securely in your trusted online banking environment.

CREDIT CARD

Your payment details are encrypted via the SSL method. We will complete the payment process in collaboration with your credit card supplier. Immediately after ordering, the total order amount will be withdrawn from your bank account. Your credit card company may ask you to enter the 3D Secure verification code. This is an extra safety measure for online credit card payments.

RETURNS

You can find the procedure for returning ordered products below:

        • Contact our stock department at: +31 (0)75 64 76 476
        • Quote the order number, the products that must be returned and the reason for the return.
        • Once the return shipment has been approved, return to Floramedia, t.a.v Afd. voorraad, Kleine Steng 1, 1551NC Westzaan.
        • Floramedia will send you a credit note for the returned products

A return shipment must always meet the following conditions:

        • The products cannot be in your possession for more than 8 days
        • The packaging must be undamaged
        • The content of the packaging must be complete

For all other returns applies:

        • Only on request
        • Only after agreement department stock
        • Only full, undamaged boxes
        • Maximum reimbursement 50% of your current purchase price
